Our Training Methodology

Any effective and Quality Training is based on three pillars. The Trainer, the Training content and last but not the Least Trainee himself/herself.. It’s collaborative partnership between these three elements, which decides the outcome of any training program. If we ensure that each pillar is taken care off properly, outcome is satisfied stakeholders of the process, i.e. Trainer and the Trainee.

Trainer

At Varcos we ensure that Trainer is having solid active hands on experience of the subject matter. Our Trainers have cross domain experience to ensure that breadth of the training is maintained. Our Trainers continually work on feedback received from the participants and also suggestions received from our panel of content reviewers.

Training Contents

We strive to ensure that our Training content is relevant with current and future industry needs. Our panel of Industry experts reviews our training material and provide comments and suggestions. Based on those, We continually revise it at optimal intervals. Our Training content is balanced mix of theory, concepts and hands on experience. Our assignments and lab sessions ensure that participants get confidence about implementing the concepts, which are covered in theory classes.

While we understand that, people with much diverse back ground and skillsets are going to be part of the each training program, Trainees who attend all the classes, lab sessions and complete all assignments, stand a higher chance of being successful in acquiring new skills and in turn getting employment. Off course, our Trainers too, would motivate and encourage participants to achieve above Goals.
